ii. “Services” encompass all offerings available for purchase on the website.
iii. “We/Our/Us” signifies ABIT GmbH, as identified in Article 2 of these terms and conditions.

3 APPLICATION OF THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
These Terms and Conditions govern all sales and service agreements between ByteProxies.io and the Purchaser. By using the website, the Purchaser agrees to these Terms and Conditions, as well as any rights and obligations stated therein.
These Terms and Conditions exclusively apply, except where explicitly agreed otherwise in writing. Any deviations or amendments require mutual written consent.
ByteProxies.io reserves the right to update or amend the Terms and Conditions in the future. Such changes will not impact existing agreements unless explicitly agreed by both parties.
4 OFFER AND ACCEPTANCE
Our online services are offered with utmost care, and we provide detailed information regarding their features within the scope of technical feasibility.
To access our services, the Purchaser may need to undergo a verification process, which may include providing details on usage purposes and platforms accessed. ByteProxies.io reserves the right to deny access if any misuse or illegal intentions are suspected.
ByteProxies.io shall not be held liable for temporary or permanent unavailability of services caused by external factors beyond our control.
Our proxies are selected and maintained carefully, but we are not liable for disruptions caused by third-party providers or unforeseen circumstances.
Specific conditions, such as limited validity periods or promotional terms, will be communicated prior to the order and only apply if explicitly stated.
By agreeing to these Terms and Conditions, you confirm that you will not use the website or services for activities violating any applicable European or U.S. laws.
Failure to adhere to the terms, such as providing false verification data or using the proxies for illegal activities, grants ByteProxies.io the right to terminate your account without notice. Refunds are not provided for unused services under such circumstances.
5 PRICING
All prices are listed in Euros, exclusive of VAT or applicable taxes. Any additional charges will be displayed during the final payment step.
The final amount payable is shown in the order confirmation. ByteProxies.io reserves the right to correct pricing errors even after order confirmation, provided the Purchaser is notified promptly.
ByteProxies.io reserves the right to amend prices at any time but commits to honoring the price at the time of the order. Price changes due to VAT adjustments are the responsibility of the Purchaser.
6 PAYMENT TERMS
Payments are required in full at the time of order placement. Accepted payment methods include credit cards, cryptocurrencies, and other options listed on the website.
ByteProxies.io utilizes secure payment platforms such as Stripe. The terms of the payment provider apply to all transactions.
Services will only be provided once full payment is confirmed by the payment processor.
Non-payment may result in suspension or termination of access to the services.
7 ACCESS TO SERVICES
ByteProxies.io ensures delivery of services as per industry standards. The Purchaser must ensure accurate and complete information is provided during registration.
Services are deemed delivered once the Purchaser receives an email confirmation granting access.
The Purchaser is responsible for ensuring proper access at the specified email address. Any errors caused by the Purchaser (e.g., incorrect email address) must be rectified by contacting ByteProxies.io support.
8 RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
Consumers have a statutory right to cancel their purchase within fourteen (14) days from the date of service delivery. No reason for cancellation is required.
Due to the nature of digital content provided without a tangible medium, the right of withdrawal is waived once access to the services begins. Clients must explicitly agree to waive this right before completing their purchase.
9 DATA PROTECTION
Personal information collected is necessary for processing orders and ensuring service delivery. Incorrect or incomplete data may result in order cancellation.

10 INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All intellectual property rights related to the services, including trademarks, copyrights, and proprietary methods, remain the exclusive property of ByteProxies.io.
Clients are not permitted to reproduce, modify, or distribute any part of the services without prior written consent.
11 FORCE MAJEURE
ByteProxies.io is not liable for delays or failure to fulfill obligations due to events beyond its control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, or legal restrictions.
Obligations are suspended during the force majeure period. Either party may terminate the agreement if the event persists for more than 14 days.
12 FINAL PROVISIONS
These terms are governed exclusively by German law. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of Düsseldorf courts.
If any provision is deemed invalid or unenforceable, the remaining terms remain effective.
Amendments to these terms require written agreement to be valid.
